Revolver Brewing is located at the gateway of the hill country in historic Granbury, Texas. We are proud of our heritage and we like to show it. That's why we chose the 1847 Walker Colt revolver to be a primary element of our logo. Samuel Walker was a Texas Ranger (the peacekeeping kind) that worked with Samuel Colt to produce the largest black powder pistol of its time. We chose the revolver as our symbol of self reliance and strength.

The brewery was founded by father and son, Ron and Rhett Keisler, and brew master Grant Wood. We chose our location due to its Trinity Aquifer water supply and proximity to the DFW area. We are building a 6000 sq. ft. brewery with an additional 2000 sq. ft. tasting porch. The brewery is expected to be completed late summer and will offer tastings and tours. The brewery sits on 16.5 acres. We will have plenty of room for beer lovers to come out to the countryside, relax and taste our beers. If you're not in a hurry, take some time to throw a few horseshoes.

We are working on formulating our beers now. To date, we have brewed 8 full-flavored beers. We are handcrafting beers using local ingredients when they are available.
